All users and agents are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and any activity that occurs under them.

Listings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable laws. Our team reserves the right to suspend or remove listings at any time without prior notice.

Subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our platform policies. Users (renters) are never charged to use BKK Rent.

Spam, harassment, and fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension.

BKK Rent facilitates connections between agents and renters but does not guarantee property condition, availability, or contract outcomes. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
